I had a browse on istome.co.uk and it seemed fine enough at first, but the range felt a bit thin. Some sections only had a handful of options, and there weren’t many styles that really stood out to me. I suppose it’s decent if you’re after something simple or basic, but I was expecting a bit more variety. In the end, I found what I wanted somewhere else.

"Pretty trustworthy, but the updates were slow"
I used istome.co.uk once and, to be fair, I didn’t have any major issues. The site seemed legit enough and the order details were clear. My only real complaint is that the updates took longer than I expected. Like, I kept checking and waiting for some kind of update, and it just felt a bit slow. Nothing went wrong in the end, so I’d probably use them again, but yeah, the slow updates were a bit annoying.

"Return went okay in the end"
I had to send one item back because it didn’t fit quite right. The refund took a few days longer than I was expecting, though I’m guessing they might’ve just been a bit backed up. Support did reply when I reached out, and everything got sorted in the end. I’d probably order from them again

"Everything was spot on"
I ordered from istome.co.uk and everything arrived exactly as I chose it. The sizes, colours, and items were all correct, which gave me a lot of confidence in ordering from them again. Delivery took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a really smooth experience, and I’d happily recommend them. Would be 5 stars if the delivery updates were a bit clearer.

"Decent, but a bit hit and miss"
Ordered a couple of bits from istome.co.uk. Nothing dramatic. One of them was actually nice, felt solid enough, and I was like, okay, fair enough.
The other one though... just felt a bit cheaper than I expected. Still usable, not awful or anything, but I probably wouldn’t pay full price again. Maybe if there was a sale, I’d give it another go.
